Giorgio, Vincenzo and Antoniana will guide you in the discovery of four wines produced by our farm, accompanied by as many typical appetizers designed to compose the perfect pairing: a tour designed to recreate the truest sensations of Apulian agricultural tradition, suitable for both simple enthusiasts and experienced tasters in search of new and unexplored sensations.

The Wine Tasting itinerary entitles to the tasting of 4 glasses of wine paired with as many courses. The experience is available from a minimum of two people. for children there is a dedicated menu with soft drinks.

The Experience includes a short walk in the vineyard: bring comfortable shoes, jacket or sweater in case of rain or cold weather. Pets are allowed.

Book the unique wine-tasting experience near Alberobello, which will lead you to discover the history of our vineyards of the lands in the heart of the Itria Valley, Apulia.

The wine tasting begins with a walk through the vineyards of the Spalluto family, and which surround Trulli il Castagno, cared for and followed by the great passion of father Pietro, who not only takes care of the vineyards but of all the cultivations, such as the olive groves and vegetable gardens, present in the countryside surrounding the holiday homes, where you can stay to fully experience the style of the trulli, typical of our Puglia.

Thanks to the wine-tasting itinerary led by Giorgio, Vincenzo or Antoniana, participants will have the opportunity to meet the winegrowers who manage the vines and have been doing so for four generations, keeping the management of the countryside and the trulli in the family.

During the wine tasting near Alberobello, guests will be able to discover the secrets of the art of cultivating vines and the care that goes into making wine.

The tasting of four of the wines produced with Apulian grapes cannot be missed, accompanied by typical appetisers of the region, home-made by the skilful hands of mother Beatrice and Alessandro, one of Spalluto’s sons.

The wine tasting will be held in the family vineyards, admiring a fabulous sunset and view of the Itria Valley, or in our agriturismo fra i trulli, located between Martina Franca and Alberobello.

The wine-tasting experience is an excellent opportunity to appreciate local Apulian products, the history of regional viticulture, and to discover the Spalluto family’s passion for wine, which is also a major protagonist on the tables of guests at the agriturismo.

In addition to tasting the typical wines of Alberobello, Martina Franca and surrounding areas, the food and wine experiences available at our holiday homes and agriturismo include
