Altitude: 440 m a.s.l.

Harvest: manual harvest and selection

Vinification: destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, static clarification of the must and fermentation at low temperature

Ageing: 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in bottle

Straw-yellow wine with greenish highlights. Intense, delicate bouquet, hints of pleasant white flowers and elderflower. The classic taste of the variety with green apple predominating, supported by a clean citric acid and a definite mineral note, typical of the pristine red soil where the vineyard is cultivated.

Excellent as an aperitif, together with delicate hors d’oeuvres, fish and white meat. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.

Drink it with frise ‘sponzate’ seasoned with tomato, extra virgin olive oil, oregano and salt!
