A rosé wine with a bright cherry red color and a persistent bouquet of wild berries and spring flowers, dominated by aromas of raspberry and iris. On the palate, you will perceive the crunchy and slightly unripe berries of the forest, such as pomegranate and black fruits, with a fresh acidity and evident citrus notes.
We recommend serving this wine as an aperitif or paired with raw seafood and white pasta dishes without tomatoes. It also pairs well with baked eggplant rolls seasoned with mozzarella and mortadella, enhancing its fruity notes.
