Details

Starting from the vineyard located in the Valle d’Itria in Martina Franca, at an altitude of 450 m above sea level, the grapes are harvested by hand in small quantities and immediately crushed within 4 hours of picking. Pressing is light, in order to collect only the flower of the must.

Fermentation, slow and spontaneous, takes place with native yeasts, without filtering the wine and with the possible presence of natural deposits. In addition, the sulphite content is 10 times lower than the legal limit and the wine is certified ‘pesticide-free’.

The 1-litre bottle with screw cap gives the wine a young and modern air, while maintaining its naturalness and tradition. 1929 Moscato is an IGP Puglia, with an alcohol content of 12% vol.

The grape variety is Moscato di Trani. The location of the vineyards gives the wine a particular freshness and flavour, enhancing the unique characteristics of the territory.

After fermentation, the product matures for 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle, resulting in a wine of great complexity, fresh and fruity, perfect to accompany fish dishes, salads or fresh cheeses.
