Details

The winemaking process is highly artisanal and involves the manual harvesting of small quantities of Verdeca grapes from our vineyard located in the Valle d’Itria, Martina Franca, in the province of Taranto.

The grapes are pressed within four hours of harvesting, using only the flower of the must to extract the best part of the fruit.

Fermentation occurs slowly, with the use of natural yeasts, without any wine filtration and the possible presence of natural sediments. This gives the wine an authentic and genuine flavor that reflects the true nature of the fruit.

Specifications

1929 Verdeca is characterized by a low presence of sulfur dioxide, which is ten times lower than the legal limit. This provides the product with greater digestibility and a reduced tendency to cause headaches or other side effects.

Furthermore, the wine is bottled in a one-liter bottle with a screw cap, making it easier to store and more practical to pour into a glass, as well as more environmentally sustainable.

The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fresh and fruity aroma. The taste is dry, savory, and mineral, with a pleasant citrus note and a slight bitter finish.

Manufacturer's Recommendations

Due to its incredible sensory characteristics, it pairs perfectly with fish-based dishes, vegetables, fresh cheeses, as well as appetizers and aperitifs.
