The vineyard dinner near Alberobello lasts 3 hours and offers a tasting of 4 indigenous wines, including sparkling and red varieties, paired with a typical homemade dinner of 5 appetizers, handmade orecchiette, and wood-fired cooked meat. The experience at “Trulli il Castagno” is for a minimum of two people, with on-site parking and a transfer option at €15. Comfortable attire is recommended; in case of bad weather, the event will be held indoors.

The Vineyard Dinner near Alberobello, in Puglia, is an exclusive culinary experience offered among the itineraries of the Itria Valley organized by Trulli and Puglia. Lasting approximately 3 hours, the experience, organized by us, takes place in the evening, weather permitting, during sunset and under the starry sky of rural Puglia, amidst the vineyards surrounding our Trulli il Castagno vacation home.

The activity is available for private or shared groups, starting from 2 up to a maximum of 20, and unfolds in a unique location within one of the vineyards overlooking the Itria Valley, in Locorotondo or Martina Franca.

During the vineyard dinner, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a complete meal based on typical homemade products, accompanied by wines produced by our winery. Four different wines will be served during the dinner, each correctly paired with the dishes.

The sensory experience we want you to savor begins with the guests being welcomed by a family member, the chef Alessandro, or another member of the Spalluto family, such as Vincenzo or Giorgio, with a glass of their sparkling Brut Muin, accompanied by freshly prepared battered fried foods and homemade Apulian focaccia from the wood-fired oven, as well as two additional traditional Apulian appetizers.

Subsequently, guests take their seats at a rustic wooden table, with comfortable seating, set among the vineyards. The table is adorned with glass goblets and glasses, fabric napkins, and recycled paper placemats. All of this is illuminated by the starry sky and dim lights, creating the perfect ambiance to fully enjoy the experience of the vineyard dinner near Alberobello.

The dinner comprises three additional courses:

First course of handmade orecchiette;
Grilled or wood-fired cooked meat as the second course
Homemade desserts and products from the estate, such as limoncello and nocino, as the closing treats

Each course is paired with three more of our wines:

Primo Luglio, a rosé wine, Nero di Troia, IGP Puglia
1929 Moscato, a natural white wine, Moscato, IGP Puglia
Terra Viva, a red wine, Nero di Troia, IGP Puglia

Vegan and vegetarian alternatives are also available, and upon request, transfers can be arranged from other accommodation facilities to enjoy the exclusive vineyard dinner experience at Trulli il Castagno.
