The Valle d’Itria gastronomic tour lasts 1,5 hours and offers tastings of local dairy products with bread and wine. The experience, accompanied by an expert guide, is available for a minimum of two people. The facility has paid parking available nearby, and dedicated transfers are available upon request. Comfortable shoes and a jacket are recommended in case of bad weather; animals are allowed.

The gastronomic tour in the dairy is an immersive experience lasting 1,5 hours, which can be done either in the morning or in the afternoon. Groups vary from 2 to 20 people, so you can experience Apulian tradition in a few or in company, delighting in food and friendship all at once.
